could you give a more deep explanation on how to open moska/mosko scene?

Hi,

are you on MacOS by any chance? If yes, then there is an issue because macOS uses "App Translocation". Please have a look at this and let me know if that solves your problem:

can you post an image of the rig you have in Blender please? Or even better, contact our support directly and send us the FBX file if you can.
